Dara's passion for the outdoors, sports and fitness inspired the launch of her first outdoor bootcamp in 2001, gaining national recognition when awarded as “the Official Ultimate Urban Outdoor Workout Program” by NIKE and Olympic athlete, Marion Jones.

I am so excited that you are ready to achieve your optimal wellness and fitness goals!
Let me just start by saying, if you are anything like me, you aren't necessarily trying to get 6-pack abs! You are probably either a mom or a working professional (or both), who has very little time on her hands, and who simply wants to feel more energy and less stress. You want to feel and look good. You want to lose a few pounds or a lot of pounds. Either way, it would be really great if you felt lighter on your feet and if you could fit in those jeans that have been hanging in the back of the closet FOREVER. You feel like you've tried everything and you aren't really getting anywhere. Simply put, you want a program that is fun, (yet challenging)... and you want to start seeing and feeling results.
