We will schedule a video consultation meeting. In this meeting, we will talk about your goals, what’s holding you back, how you feel, what you are currently doing in terms of exercise and nutrition, your habits and your general lifestyle. From there, we will work together to develop a program that will work for you. – A program that you will be accountable to and one that will deliver results!
