Personal Training

Many of my clients prefer one-on-one personal training sessions.  

As a PT client, you will receive one-to-one personalized attention to meet your fitness goals.  This includes a daily training program with nutrition and hydration recommendations so that you will know exactly what to do on your “off days” without me.  As a bonus, you will receive motivational texts to keep you inspired and committed to your program ~ especially on the days we do not train together!

Depending on your needs, goals and budget, we will set your training days and times with me so that you will stay motivated and on track.  We can work on-on-one just one day per week, OR 2-3 days per week.  We will do what it takes to reach the results you desire.  In addition to the pricing below, I do offer special package pricing for Buddy Training Sessions.  Contact me at dara@darasandrini for further details.
