Join our Ocean View, Outdoor Body-Sculpting Class!
- We meet every Tues & Thursday at 9:00-9:45AM
- This is a fun group of ladies!
- Location is Heritage Park in Dana Point, California. (34400 Old Golden Lantern Street) There is plenty of street parking
- This is a 45 minute class ~ We train to the beat of music and complete a series of exercises targeting all muscle groups (full body workout)
- Bring a mat and light free-weights (5/6 & 8/10 lbs) and water!
- Drop-Ins are Welcome. Bring Cash please. Price is set at $60 per month.
- Note: This is $60 total for classes each month (whether you come to just one class or every class).
